Can I recover auto-filled passwords that disappeared on my iPhone 5?

Hi, I have a iphone5. After I upgrade to iOS 8.3, my autofill password for Apps disappeared. Can I retrieve these passwords in my iphone5 as I can not remember some of my passwords? I look at iCloud & Safari but can find out any info there either.

If you used icloud keychain to store these previously, they should still be available.
Go to: Settings -> iCloud

Ensure that the "Keychain" option is turned to ON.

In addition to what Mike, suggested, may I recommend the installation of a password management app like 1Password or Datavault?
