Notification Center and control center won't show in my home screen and apps

Plssss help...... I can't swipe down my Notification Center or swipe up my control center in my home screen and inside the apps but in the lock screen I can both access them....

Reboot your device and try again. Also, in regard to the Control Center, go to Settings - Control Center and them make sure that the toggle next to "Access Within Apps" is enabled.

If you have a case that can also get in the way sometimes.
