Why can't I hear my audio messages or hear other audio messages sent to me?

I am able to make an audio message, but when i replay the message, i do not hear anything. I put my volume all the way up and turned it off vibrate, still nothing. I even tried restarting my phone.

Have you checked the ring vibrate button in the side of your phone? Make sure it's on ring and not stuck in the middle.
