if i delete an email on my ipod`s mailbox will i still see the mail in my hotmail account?

if basically I deleted a mail on my ipod`s mailbox and if I login into my Hotmail account will I still see the deleted email?

You should unless you have it set to where what's deleted from your device is permanently removed from from the email server.
