Emailing an Embedded Thumbnail

Embedded Thumbnails.
I need to create an email with text(of course), and a thumbnail with a You Tube video embedded.
I have created the mail, sent it to an email account, and it works.
My problem is, that I will be sending this mail to many different recipients over the next few weeks. My question is, how and where do I save the mail, so I can easily send the mail to a new recipient when I need to?
Forwarding no good, tried that
Just want to send the same mail, with same content and of course, the working embedded thumbnail.

Could you simply copy the thumbnail and link to the Notes App and send it from there when needed?

Can you not look in your Sent Mail folder and then forward that same email to your other recipients?
