Why is my Settings app keeps crashing?

I use iPod touch 4G iOS 5.0.1
One day it's Settings app suddenly crashes. I couldn't open Settings because it keeps crashing.
I tried to respring and reboot but didn't work.
What should I do? I don't want to restore it cause I couldnt jailbreak it again.
