I try to switch off or enter password on my iphone but the screen touch didnt work at all.help me

Your post is confusing. Is the touchscreen not working or the home button? If it is the former, it is a hardware failure and you have to replace the whole panel. If it's the latter you can turn on assistive touch(settings/accesibility) as a nice workaround.
