Is there a way to tie two iTunes/Apple IDs together?

My iPad and iPods are associated with an Apple ID that I no longer have access to the email address. When I purchased my iphone 6 they created me a new Apple ID since I didn't have access to that email account anymore. Is there a way to tie the 2 together or reset the one on my phone to match the others?

You can try making one of those email addresses a Recovery Email Address. I'm am not sure if the apps and such will come across though.
