disabled ipad

my niece was playing with ipad and changed my passcode and then couldn't remember it. She kept trying to enter the passcode and has now disabled it. I have not backed it up and have photos and videos I dont want to lose. Any advice or help please

Does it say how long it’s locked out? Usually there’s a time frame. Unfortunately, though, the only way to circumvent the lockout is to wipe and restore. Without a backup, you would have 2 choices - wait or wipe.
