Homescreen And Other Appearance

I downloaded winterboard and some of the theme from cydia. but whenever i apply theme my homescreen and lockscreen remain unaffected. and also many other feature like keyboardcolour. the only thing i can se changed is the icon. What to do ?? how can i customize all
