Will deleted iMessages appear on new device

Hello!
I just bought a MacBook Air 13" and already have an iPhone. If I deleted iMessages on my iPhone before i sign in with my Apple id on my MacBook, will all my old iMessages appear, even though I've deleted them on my iPhone?

If so, is it possible to do that it doesn't happen?

No they should not appear if you've deleted them.
