    Is there something I can use that takes the place of Adobe CuteWriter? I want to be able to send a PDF but I need it to be uneditable.

    Any .pdf-related app should be allow you to send an unedited .pdf file. As for needing it to be uneditable, well, I'd like to believe that if you send it as-is to your recipient, he or she will received it in the manner you sent it...

    Use the Print to PDF function within OS X (⌘-P, click PDF button and choose Save As PDF). Tap the Security Options tab on the dialog and click the boxes to lock it down.
