Is it possible to update a jailbroken iPad 3 from iOS 6.1.2 to 7.0.6 ?

I have a jailbroken ipad 3 (Wifi only) on iOS 6.1.2. I am looking to update it to iOS 7.0.6.
I have downloaded the ipsw and am trying to restore it using DFU mode and tinyumbrella. I keep getting the 4014 error. I tried different cables, USB ports as well as a different PC.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to update it from 6.1.2 to 7.0.6 ?

If yes, can anyone help me with the steps.

You can't, iTunes will force you to install the latest ios version.

Nope. You can go through all the gyrations to get it installed, but since Apple is no longer singing 7.0.6, there is no way to get the device activated by Apple's servers. It. Won?t. Work. Period.
