Should I return to Verizon to replace my broken Incipio case?

I accidentally dropped my Incipio case and the bottom part that broke. It's not even a year old. Should I go back to verizon to replace it? That's were I got it

I think most (if not all) have a 1 year warranty on accessories. My carrier does. Wouldn't hurt to try.
