Shortcuts in Keyboard

[iMore Question]

My iPhone, iPad n iPod are all connected to iCloud and have upgraded iOS 7 software.
I created a new shortcut in my iPhone but this short cut does not appear in my iPad n iPod. Before this, whatever shortcuts i create in any of the devices will automatically appear in the other 2 devices. I have done all the iCloud back up.
Can anyone help ?

Make sure you have Documents and Data turned on in Settings/iCloud. Also try killing/restarting the Settings app to force it to look for shortcuts.
