I just bought an iPad mini but ii have never used iOS or Apple, i just want to download whatsapp aplication to my ipad, how can it possible to download without jailbreaking because i'm not good at using such technologies?

Open the iTunes AppStore - search "whatsapp" - install from AppStore.

If you have never used Apple before you will need to set up an Apple ID. Go into the Settings go to iTunes Store and click on set up Apple ID. Once you have set up an Apple ID then you can go into the app store and search for what's app.

Whatsapp cant be installed on an ipad. Iphone only.

Only way to do it is by jailbreaking and installing the whatspad tweak.

Why can't it be installed on an iPad? I've installed lots of iPhone apps on my iPad. It's not an iPad experience but it's only an IM client so really how much could you lose?

It uses an sms or phone call to confirm and activate the device, ipads can not receive phone call or sms(only imessages) therefore the app does not natively support ipad.
