App Fails to Load

What do you do when the app fails to load? I reinstalled reminders and it only partially loaded. You can’t see the app in the Watch app on the iPhone to install/remove. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same issue.

Restart phone and watch and try again? If that doesn't work, unpair and re-pair?
