if apple music uses for only song streaming and not for downloading and store the songs. in this case whether apple music uses any phone storage. because when I use apple music in my iPhone for song listening my phone memory shows reducing

If you add songs to your Apple Music library your storage will be used. If you just stream music through Beats 1 or through Apple Radio storage is not used.

Streaming with Music uses storage for caching most listened songs and songs saved by you.
In iOS 10 you will be able to allocate space for that purpose, so it won't exceed that allocated space.
