Zoom option popped up on screen

Please help this thing on my screen is so annoying. How do I get rid of it? See attached

Have you tried a hard reset of your phone. Hold the power & home button at the same time till you see the  logo, then release. That should hopefully solve the problem.

Switch Zoom off.

Look at your own screenshot in your post. You have Zoom enabled.

Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom. Disable Zoom.
