Switcheasy Capsule Neo

I have recently purchased the capsule Neo in black which looks like a really nice case. Only problem is that the i-clip has snapped. Does anyone know where i can get a new one without having to buy a whole new case? I have contacted Switcheasy but they refused to help as i live in the UK and they only seem to sell to the US. I have also contacted the online seller who has refused to help also.

Anyone thinking of getting this case be warned! they are really fragile on the bottom

I have to say I have a few Switcheasy cases and none of them are fragile. I think you may have got a bad Apple...

I'd go after the seller. How long have you had it before it broke?

i had it about 30 seconds! out of packaging, silicone on, h-frame on , i clip snapped. I have now got a rebel and that is getting a saggy bottom. Back to my incase slider i think!
