Recovering deleted photos from "recently deleted" folder

I deleted photos from the "recently deleted" folder on my iphone5s, I had use iCloud & backup but they are not there either!!
Is there any way to recover the deleted photos?

If they deleted after the 30 days, you might can recover them. But not if you manually deleted them from Recently Deleted.
