There are random ghost bookmarks being suggested in the address bar of my Safari on my iPhone 11.

Bookmarks, Favourites and Tab Group Favourites are all empty. These bookmarks don’t show anywhere but in the address bar.

How do I delete them?

No iCloud. All Safari data is deleted. iPhone is updated and soft reset.

Some of the links are associated with your bookmarks and others are, as indicated above, associated with your browsing history and browser cache.

It could be your browsing history (or other devices on your iCloud account).
They’re bookmarks (book symbol). Bookmarks, Favourites and Tab Group Favourites are all empty. These bookmarks don’t show anywhere but in the address bar. No iCloud. All Safari data is deleted. iPhone is updated and soft reset.

I was referring to the bookmarks (book symbol), not the search suggestions.

Do you have anything saved in your “Reading List”? Select the bookmarks icon while in Safari and then select the reading glasses icon at the top. Is anything listed therein matching what you’re referring to as “ghost” bookmarks?
