Jailbroke iOS 5, Cydia's working, no cydia apps showing?

I jailbroke my IP4, got cydia installed, cydia's working let me download/install some app's... none of these apps are showing or working though... something I need to do to get them to activate/turn on?

Not all apps have an icon?what did you install?

SemiTether, SlideCenter, UISettings, WeeTwitter. Under settings I have no options either for anything.
