I was using my phone normally like I always do and my phone started getting really hot almost enough for me not wanting to hold it anymore. I rebooted it and it's cooler now. Has anyone had the same problem?

Yes, on occasion on my iPhone 6S Plus, but it has only happened while I was connected to a charging outlet and the battery was at 100%.
