Question iPhone 14 pro max randomly vibrating

I’ve had this phone for almost a year now. Love it never really had any issue with it until recently within the past 24 hours. I do regular software update to my phone and I am not such a heavy user. For some reason my phone is vibrating randomly even with no new notifications or messages. This just started happening. Have reset my phone and it still does it. Anyone else having this issue with their 14 pro max or any other iPhone for that matter? If you do let me or is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks

Have you installed any apps during that time period? If so, check their notification settings.

Have you looked at your Haptics settings, including those under Accessibility?
