Hello, I have tryed to search for the answer but all I find is part's of my problem.
Ok, this is what I have. I was told that this phone is a 2g 16Gb that won't restore. This is what it has when pluged into iTunes. iTunes see's the phone, the Summary screen opens up and a window pop's up telling me the phone is in Recovery Mode and needs to be restored. My iTunes is 8.1 .Now the Summary screen has all N/A on the Capacity, Softwear version and SS#. When I hit restore, iTunes does it's thing and the iPhone shows the apple and a Load Bar shows up underneath and starts to Load. the thing is the Bar gets to the end and just sits there and the iTunes window has the popup with a thing going across it and it says Waiting on iPhone.
I don't know where to go. any ideas
