Cleaning Safari

Maybe is was the whole app thinning thing, but has anyone else noticed safari become darkened like it was tapped then below it say cleaning ? It happened really fast, so I couldn't screen shot it.

Nothing like that on any of our phones or iPads. Are you, by chance, using an older (slower) device?

That's strange, but nope. I'm using a 6s Plus. I was uninstalling a bunch of apps then reinstalling them to clear out the cache. That's when I noticed it for a quick second. Hasn't happened since.
