Restore BaseBand?

I have a 3gs that was unlocked for T-Mobile, which included a BaseBand change. I restored the phone, but now when I put an AT&T SIM back in to it it won't activate. Is this due to the baseband change? and if so, can I restore it to the AT&T BB to get it to work again?

What bb are you running? It should not make a difference whether it is tmobile or att. Maybe you can try and reset your network and check your apn settings.
