I have iphone 4 with gevey sim. I have upgraded toios7.1. But I m stuck at activation as sim required. So what is the best solution???

Being that we've had people asking this EXACT same question about these EXACT same SIM cards, my advice would be the same we gave them. Contact that company and see what is up with iOS firmware compatibility. There's really nothing we're going to be able to help you with here.
