Winterboard question

I downloaded winter board and checked box to have black bars respringed no blk bars. What am i doing wrong?

Well after the status bar change in iOS 6 it may need updated. You can see if Blackout is iOS 6 compatible. That does the same thing.

Black bars and a whole lot of the stock options in Winterboard haven't worked since like iOS 4 or 5. I usually just delete them all and put in my themes but follow Laelipoo's suggestion since I haven't got anything else to suggest.

Thank u both. Im new to iphone and jailbreaking so learning on the fly the black out accomplished what i was trying to do. Get rid of that standard blue!!!

happy to hear, get iExplorer that allows you to browse the file system of the iPhone when it's connected via USB. It's an awesome tool and this is what I used to remove the tweaks from Winterboard that don't work.
