Why won't my links open in safari on 9.3?

Why won't my links open in safari on 9.3

I google a topic and then it doesn't allow me to click on the links. If I hold my finger on it then it just freezes. I am on 9.3, any fixes for this?

Welcome to iMore! iOS 9.3.1 was released earlier today to address this issue. Go to Settings > General > Software Update, install the update, and you should be good to go.
