Why is my quick reply keyboard missing?

Quick reply keyboard missing

Lately when I've tried to use the quick reply feature from my lock screen the keyboard isn't appearing anymore. It used to. How do I get that fixed? Is there a bug fix for it?

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried a hard reset?
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
