Why don't I have an invitee function only iPhone 5S?

Hello - I realize that I should have an invitee function under "repeat' and before "alerts" but I don't. Does anyone know how I can invite people to meetings without this?

Depending on the email service your calendar is associated with, you may not have the 'invitee" option. It's definitely their for iCloud, but if I enable the calendar for my Yahoo account, the option is there for that particular calendar.
