A few months back my iTunes quit looking up artists and songs when importing songs from CD. It always says information not found. It no longer goes to the database for info import. Updates many versions still will not work. Tried to contact iTunes support but will have to pay $30.00 to have them support the product they force me to use. My classic IPOD cannot load songs from any other source. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
