Why do my calls end when I press the power button?

My call ends when I press the power button

I don't want my call to end when I press the power button how can I stop it ??

Stop pressing the power button when you're on a call.

Like my colleagues said, the power button is by design meant to end calls when pressing it. There is no way of disabling that.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you need to press the power button while on a call?

I've done this a few times by mistake after I searched Safari or looked at mail during a call. It's rather annoying but I've been pretty good with remembering that I'm on a call.
