Why do I only have SOS on my phone?

I have an sos only

cannot ring out or msg, have no internet. Phone is an iphone 5s

Here are some things to try.

Reboot the phone by holding the power button and home buttons at the same time until the phone reboots.
Remove the SIM card and reseat it in the device.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > select "Reset Network Settings"
Contact your service provider to make sure there isn't a network issue.
