Why can’t I FT Mama on her iPhone?

Is it possible you mistakenly FaceTimed her home number instead of her mobile number? If not, are you positive your mom has FaceTime enabled?
No because the number in the error is her iPhone. She did because I think she didn’t before and she checked. Interestingly the 9 yo went to messages and was able to do it!
