Where have my notes disappeared to on my iPad

They flashed on the screen and have now disappeared. I haven't set up I cloud and it says that my notes are linked to my yahoo account but there is nothing there

Try closing out yourYahoo act at the same timeworn off your phone nd give at least 5-10 mins and then turn back on and check everything and let us know, Thank you
