when will loan portion of the apple upgrade program on the iphone 12 pro max go live

Good morning folks,
Almost immediately after the October iphone event, I was able to start the loan process on the iphone upgrade program to upgrade my wife's iphone 11 pro to the 12 pro. This made the pre ordering process on that Friday go smoothly.

Now apple is supposed to open preordering for the iphone 12 pro max and 12 mini on Friday. Has it been announced when we will be able to preapply for the loan as part of the iphone upgrade program to the 12 mini and pro max?
