I have heard that it sometimes shows up, sometimes don't. So anyone got any info on this "Carrier" menu option and why it shows up on some and not on other iphone 3g?
My 3G is turboSIMed and I can get the menu to show for a few seconds using a Airplane Mode work around and when I click on it, All I can select is "Automatic". Of course, there is only one network here (China Mobile) so that could be there are no options.
