what happened to the note i created on iPhone 6? They disappeared.

I created a note using the Notes app on my iPhone 6. later, the note was gone. what happened? I did not delete it.

Are you sharing an AppleID with someone else? Or on an iPad that someone else has access to and the other person deleted it?
