What happened to the keychain program under settings NOT icloud?

With earlier
Apple mobile devices running early versions of IOS, 2010/2011, there was a program on the device under Settings called Keychain, where all of my passwords were stored. I cannot find it on my current iphone or ipad. Is it gone?
