what can cause reception problem after replacing iphone 4s battay?

the iphone get on/off reception, can be 1-2 min with good reception and then 1-2 min with no reception at all.
allready tried replacing the antena and the battary, the connection of the battary and the antenna to the motherboard looks undamaged/

Since you removing the battery often, did you set back the time to today's date? It could well be the reason why you are loosing signals.
