Can I import a document into the word app and type on it or use a desktop

Probably. What type of document is it? .txt, .rtf, .doc, .docx?

it’s not a document it’s actually a timesheet at my job I was just going to try to scan it type it and or try to make it larger because it’s so small it’s hard for anybody to write if you know what I mean. Is it possible to make this into anything that’s actually free

You should be able to scan that form and save it as a pdf file. Your computer’s built-in pdf reader may allow you to fill out the form and then save it, share it, print it or whatever.
