I've decided Apple has three levels of challenge that they rotate depending on your success in achieving them. 1) Pretty easy. These probably don't require more than your normal effort. 2) Challenging - you'll have to up your game, but you can do it. 3) No freakin way! You've met the past few challenges and now it's time for one you can't do.
This month, I got #3. Only one week in the past 7 years (yes I'm OCD and track this) have I have averaged 1200 calories per day for the week. Now Apple thinks I can do it for a month. Ha ha ha. Dear Apple, I am a retired old man, not a professional athlete! :laughing:

BTW, just to give you an idea what it takes for me to burn 1200 calories, I ran 6 miles this morning and I'm not to 1000 calories yet.
