Weird about Mickey and Minnie in regard to speaking the time on the watch.

So after the latest update the sound disappeared. Today I was going to do the troubleshooting
But it’s working again. It was not working !
And suddenly it is

I have this happen with Siri after every update.
When I check Settings > General > Siri on my watch it says that Siri voice will be downloaded when on charger and WiFi.
I guess this also applies to Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

That’s okay. Every time your iPhone is connected to WiFi, your watch is connected to it too.

I realize that. But I don’t use WiFi other than the jetpak I have on VERIZON. I don’t have it on except when using my Mac Pro or doing backup. It’s my only form of WiFi. I don’t have home internet and I don’t use WiFi in public places
