Video split in 2 when sending to Whatsapp - how can I change this?

suddenly I can't send the full video when sending to Whatsapp. The video is split in 2 and yellow handles have appeared. Anyone know how to change back so that I can send the full video again?

Hi, welcome to iMore.
That's a WhatsApp limitation on how long a video can be before sending.
If it's too long you get the choice to crop it until it fits.
There is no way to change this behavior.
