Updated to Watch O2 and battery sucks, what's up with this?

Updated to Watch O2 and battery sucks

I updated my Apple Watch to O2 yesterday and today the battery life sucks. Usually at the end of the day I have 70% still left. I did nothing unusual today, but by 5pm, my watch was at 1% battery. What's up with this? What do I need to turn off?

Unpaired and then pair it again.

Yeah like D said an unpair and repair usually fixes any issues.
