A few days ago I switched from the $60 3 GB Mobile Share Advantage Plan to the $65 Unlimited Choice plan. So far I really enjoy the unlimited data, even though it’s at slower speeds and no personal hotspot.
I use 4G (HSPA+) instead of LTE (voice and data) now since AT&T in my area (Washington DC) gets a consistent HSPA+ service while LTE fluctuates much more for me. I ran a Speedtest and both HSPA+ and LTE are capped at 3mb a second upload and download on both LTE and HSPA+. In fact, HSPA+ was slightly faster in the speedtest than LTE.
If you are debating which unlimited data plan to choose I would recommend the choice plan.
