Two pictures on iPhone 7 plus.

Does anyone know why when I take a video or time-lapse it will create two copies. One will be wide angle and the other zoomed in. Is there a way to disable this?

Probably in Settings --> Photos & Camera then HDR at the bottom. Is this on?
